You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order please fill out the contact form with the following information.
Name and order number.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If your order arrives damaged please contact me within:

A replacement at no extra cost, or

Return shipping for faulty/damaged items is covered by me.
